Getting inflammations in different parts of my body.

Gaining or losing weight super fast.

It’s almost like my body was picking up all the unhealthy things in my dynamic with this other person even before the dynamic could materialize and play out.

This is only one of the ways our intuition operates.

Through the subconscious mind. And that’s through the body.

Your body knows what’s good for you even before the mind understands.

But when we’re not in touch with the body, we miss out on this inherent wisdom.

And the problem is: most people don’t know how to read it; most don’t know how to speak the language of their own bodies.

So they call it anxiety. Or they ignore it. Or they spiral until they outsource the decision.

This workshop is about learning your body’s language—so love and relationships stop acting like a courtroom drama series.

When you don’t trust your inner compass, relationships turn into constant uncertainty,

and you can’t tell when it’s intuition… when it’s anxiety… or when it’s an old pattern replaying itself.
